The Manual method of installing Faux Locs offers a more natural look, very similar to that of traditional Locs but guess what? It can be taken out so you get to switch things up as often as you like. This method consists of wrapping kinky afro hair to your half braided natural hair. Why choose Faux Locs? Not only are these an amazing protective style method that will help with hair growth and retention but they are a great way to switch things up if you want a change. One of the best things we love about Faux Locs is that they look even better as they age creating a more of a natural look. Finally, this is another low maintenance hairstyle which means all you have to do is wake up, slay those edges and you're ready to take on the world. Aftercare: - After care is very easy and simple, we recommend you use a durag, scarf, bandanna or even some old tights when going to bed, this is to keep your hair neat and tidy for longer. - We advise you keep your scalp moisturised by using hair grease, castor oil or braid spray 3/4 times a week which is available to purchase at the salon. Key Information: - You will need to provide the hair used for this service. We recommend 3 packs of 'SOFT N SILKY AFRO TWIST BRAID' depending on the length and volume. (find photo below) - We recommend you wash and condition your hair the morning of or the night before your appointment. - A wash, condition and blowdry service is also available but must be booked separately (this service is usually £25 but discounted at £15 when booked with additional service) - No need to apply any products as we will have that covered, we will always blowdry your hair before braiding. - Hair color options and highlights do not affect the price (so dont be shy, go wild why not?). - You will have the option to have the ends straight or curly. - Hair accessories are included as an option. * Hair must be washed and clean before this service - we can provide this, just add it for a discounted price of £15. * Please note price vary depending on the size desired.
